[BC] dtmf tone filter solutions

I still chuckle a bit as an insider, hearing sports play-by-play guys telling
affiliate stations "we'll be back...for our stations along the network, this
is network break 22...on the Minnesota Vikings Radio Network" or the like.
Even when I started in this business that was verboten, and I'm only in my
mid-40s.
