Until February 18, I used a Motorola MicroTAC Elite with an adapter.
Verizon turned off their analog service in the Washington, DC market
(and many others, but not all), so it no longer works.

I haven't used the unit you list, but this one works:

I have found you need to limit the BAUD Rate to something like 28 k
BAUDS -- in general.
