[BC] A Few Translator Questions

Ok folks, I got a few questions for you...

What is the limit on moving a translator distance wise? I know an AM in
Pennsylvania changed the city of license and moved it 10 or 15 miles. So,
lets say I bought a translator, whats the farthest I could move it if I had
to change city of license?

Can a non commercial translator in the 89 or 90's be moved to a commercial
frequency?

For a commercial translator, can you only move it a certain amount of
"steps" or can it be moved anywhere?

I guess, basically, my questions boil down to if there are any frequency,
distance or city of license change limitations on translators.
