Ahh Yes  ITFS thats where I started as a student CE.
Not only was I in high school. I was paid staff for the TV station.
It was my first paid job after a paper route in Jr HS.
My first experience with a TWT transmitter. The station was owned by
the Tech school B.O.C.E.S.(Board Of Co-operative Educational Services)
its director was Mr. Paul Neff.The other engineer was a Mr. Marty Feldman
I believe the calls were KNZ-43 wow its been a long time. we used to 
transmit from studios in the basement of Plainege High school( North 
Massapequa,NY) to the local cable headend and schools that had IFTS 
receive dishes.
Interesting to note. Jerry Seinfeld was from Massapqua and attended 
Plainege HS. LOL. he and others formed a little TV group and called it
" HANG NEAL PRODUCTIONS"   Can you Say "HELLLOOOOOOOO Newman...
