[BC] Problems with online radio restrictions

Might have been AWFUL, but I know FIRST HAND that it's TRUE - or at 
least, possible--- I've DONE 120mph in 2nd gear in my little Nash Rambler...

Well, OK; it was a Gremlin with the 258 (4.2L) six; but it was an 
AUTOMATIC! With A/C and power everything! (and OK, it was 70MPH under 
Cruise...but there was still plenty of reserve power available!)  How I 
managed to drop it into second instead of Drive, I'll never know.....

Didn't notice until I saw the gas gauge dropping like a rock.....
