The IBUZ company's requirement that you divulge everything but your 
medical records can be circumvented. You can find the rebate form 
elsewhere. I found mine online and submitted it. I got the rebate. 
I've never bought an IBUZ receiver without a rebate. It even applies 
to the many models that are being closed out. It's foolish to pay 
retail for these things.
