I have found GRC.COm to be *THE* site for anything like this. Here is a page 
that should be useful. There are some links to other pages that you may find 
useful, as well.

GRC.COM is an amazing site. Browse it... but only when you have plenty of 
free time! ;)

Here is a text-file listing of a lot of them. It's a little hard to read 
since the first item in each line is not the port number:
