[BC] 25 watt 27.255 transmitter

The FCC rules specifically say that 25 watts is authorized on 27.255 only for 
radio control only. One of the list server responders here actually got me 
onto this idea 
:-)  I cannot find in the rules where it has to be AM or FM. If FM is 
allowed, then here may be some Motorola gear that's type accepted for this frequency.
