I can certainly scan them for you. Rulings are online. Not transcripts. As I
stated in the original post, these are "closing arguments" and
"instructions". Not actual "rulings". Only "instructions to a jury" and, as
such, are a part of the transcripts and NOT the online records. You also
have to remember that we are referencing a part of texas that has not quite
progressed to the age of computers and operates more as though it were still
1935.
