[BC] AM Stations cranking it up on Football Night

Nearly all court documents in the USA are now online.  Can you point
me to this document?

If it isn't yet online, can you tell me the Court, and the phone
number of the clerk, plus the Document Number and/or the name of the
case?  This would make interesting reading (if true).
