My Grandmother had a pre WWII Brunswick radio that also contained a 78 RPM
phonograph. In the early 1960's I replaced the changer mechanism with a three
speed automatic from Collaro. Hot stuff in it's day. The connection was via a
single RCA Jack. I don't know what year the Brunswick was made, but if
family folklore is correct, my grandparents got it about 1939 or 1940.
