 We have an election coming in a few months, but I don't know if
 any candidate for any office is on that train.

 You only have private property anymore, if you're fortunate to live in
 a state that is or has tried to overturn that Supreme Court ruling, but
 that won't apply to the ether, of course, since that's federal.
