[BC] AM Stations cranking it up on Football Night

However, It is MY (The birthright of every American) spectrum
that they have been licensed to use.

In the days of yore, there was the proviso that they;
(1) Operate within the rules;
(2) For the public convenience and necessity;
(3) In accordance with good standards of engineering practice.

Has this changed? Has a Broadcaster now purchased my
property to do  whatever they want with it? If so, who did
they purchase it from? Certainly if they now own the
"air-waves" then they are trespassing upon my property
and I need to have them stop this right away.
