Erm... someone may get here first, but... (and though few have 5 
cents per kW these days):

         if the difference for three months is $45, then
         for a year it is 4 * 45 or $180.

         OF course, you are welcome to send me that
         extra $35, or more.... I can make my mother
         out to a modest dinner.
