NFL has a frequency coordination program for every game and has since 1999.
 Preseason, international, regular, playoffs, Pro Bowl, and Super Bowl.

The Super Bowl is the #1 consumer of spectrum of any event on the planet. 
Including the political conventions.  It takes a team of 45 technical
people to make the effort work at the event.
