Scott,

When you pick a fight with someone, you have to expect they'll fight back -
no matter what the cause.  You should be glad they aren't turning up the
wick and fighting back harder such as hiring the locals to swipe more of
your copper or pull your tower down.

To be honest, I wouldn't necessarily want to be in Powell's position.  He is
also in the sights for some of these organizations.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not supporting illegal revenge activities, but they
are a fact of life.

If some of these groups have junkyard dog lawyers, it could end up costing
you a bootload of $$ in legal expenses, even if it's just nuisance suits.

Sometimes fights are better fought well-hidden.  If they didn't know who was
causing them grief, they wouldn't know who to slap.
