No proactive program will come into play. What will happen is that
the current breed of work for almost free abuse loving 'engineers'
will die out one way or another. What will replace them will be real
technical service companies who will do it by the book. Either the
appropriate price for service is paid or service is not rendered. I
see this happening already at some of the largest broadcast companies.
There is no role for the SBE in this; it is just the good ole market place.

LET THEM STAY OFF THE AIR!!! It's the only way to GET them to conform!
I'm not talking union here-this isn't about wages, benefits or even
professional respect-it's about our VERY LIVES! We need to look out for each
other's well being!
One more question-where the HE** is the SBE in all of this?? It seems to me
that this is a bit more important of a topic then RPU scheduling at football
games!
