[BC] Transmitter Safety

We've all had our brushes here. Fortunately we're able to talk about
them-quite unlike my friend Vic's brother in law can.
They found him dead in a transmitter site, working alone. He had been dead at
least a day. Another person there could have given him CPR and called for
help, possibly saving his life.

Vic had known him since he was young and got him into the business. 

Some transmitters out there are deathtraps...BE CAREFUL!
