[BC] Transmitter Safety

Got bit as a teenager working for KRAB, then a 10kW FM in Seattle with a
40 foot wooden pole outside the studio. Some wag had tacked an NE-1 to
the pole at eye level, with two 6" wires extending laterally so the bulb
would illuminate when the TX was on. Being young and ignorant, I
decided to test the voltage, touched gingerly, a little longer and then
mashed my thumbs against my hands on the wires--and that's when the
smell hit, two RF burn lines. Never made that mistake again. Did have
a couple of wakeup calls with the "Jesus stick" though when bleeders failed.
