Sid you are missing an critical point - Making changes in a product is a
very common way of marketing. Just about all consumer items are marketed
using this approach.....Consumer Electronics, Cars, Appliances, Lawnmowers,
BarBQ's, Cameras...you name it. If you stop and think about
it...manufacturers are constantly changing things with the goal of trying to
attract new sales. In many cases, they don't fix anything.

Case in point - My 2000 Camry (4 cyl/5 Speed) gets 25-30 in town and 35-40
on the road. I know well that as gas prices go up, the reason to keep the
thing increases. Since I bought this thing they have gone through and least
two major changes. Did they make it better ?
This depends on how you measure better. Thankyou, I will keep my 2000
Camry...and my XP OS....and my ( ). But I am in the minority.
When you get to be as old as I am, you are comfortable with being there.
Meanwhile my kids have another opinion.
