I'm not saying this post is incorrect.  I am simply stating _my_
experience.

I seem to remember working that day and finding that the major USA news
sites were all either down or absurdly slow.  Working in a media-less
environment that day (no TV available, no radio available, no
online streaming available), I was finding out most of what was going on
in New York City, Washington, DC, and Pennsylvania - while looking online
