[BC] Bob Bittner Buys A Radio Station

Bob has been planning to retire to Maine for years. He already owns WJTO
there. He bought 200 acres right located next to the WJTO studio/house.

 From the looks of it, the two stations cover the same area (their transmitters
are only a few miles apart). I'd expect Bob to diplex WWBK on the WJTO tower.
