If this is win 2k or XP then the NT loader does not like the new
motherboard. You need to boot from the OS install disk, select install and
then the repair option. Do you use the repair option that is available
before you go into install. This second repair option will re-install the OS
without re-formatting the disk or replacing the registry. Not for the faint
of heart.
