It this is what I think it is, you just need to feed audio to the box 
through the RJ-45. I'm trying to remember which 2 pins.. I think it's 
either the brown or orange pair. I'd have to go look at one to be sure. 
But if you see a "Signal level" LED, just put audio on one pair at a 
time on the TX end until it lights up, once you get that just go listen 
at the receiving end.
