[BC] Vista Vs. XP Vs. Win2k

Vista seems to be as ugly as Windows ME (Millennium Edition).  There are
rumors that Vista will be quietly dropped in favor of a new operating system
within a year.

At Qualcomm we're still XP, and our IT department has told us there are no
plans to go to Vista, ever.

I've that heard Microsoft has told many large companies that Windows XP will
be supported until the new operating systems is delivered and stable.

My wife got a new HP laptop with Vista, and after about 6 months of really
learning to hate Vista she has asked me to remove Vista and replace it with
Windows XP.
