Isn't that redundant?

Microsoft has all but admitted that Vista is a flop.  There was an article in The New York Times early last month detailing how three specific people were having problems with Vista.  One guy bought a Vista machine, only to find there were no drivers for his favorite peripherals.  The next guy, when called by the first guy, admitted there were tons of missing drivers in every category.  The last guy also bought a Vista PC, but it refused to load the correct drivers for his video card, which crippled the PC such that he now calls it a "$2100 e-mail machine."

The first guy is a Microsoft board member and former president and CEO.  The second guy is a senior VP in charge of the Windows product line.  The third guy is a VP in charge of Windows product management.

The ghosts of Bob and ME have a new partner...
