[BC] TRANSMITTER NEEDED on 1360Khz

A friend is in need of a transmitter on 1360kHz. We are looking for a 
5000 WattBox, but a 10,000 Watter is fine as well.

It NEEDS to be on 1360kHz or be synthisized and easily retuned to 
1360.. or you must have a crystal for 1360Khz.

We prefer something in the Eastern US. This is for a station whos 
5000 Watt Transmitter took a lightning hit and is off the air.
