[BC] Axia 24/7 Support is now available

Hi friends,

I just wanted to let you all know that if you're an Axia owner, you now
have access to technical support and assistance 24 hours a day via our
24/7 Support Hotline.

The number is 1-216-241-7225 and you can call it whenever you feel you
need urgent technical assistance. We only ask that you don't call at 3AM
just to "check if you're really there!" <grin> I should also mention that
there is no charge for this service - it's free for any Axia client.

This is not meant to be a plug, so please don't take it as such. We're the
first console company to do this sort of thing, and I just wanted to make
sure Axia users knew about it as soon as possible.
