I've followed the KTRB application saga over the last 8 or so and find it
very amusing, to say the least.

I was shocked when they finally built the current (for now) site. And then
to be able to continue use the old Modesto site for the 840 is even more
bizarre.

  Don't believe what Radio-Locator says!

  The current application is for days from the Delta, and nights from  
  near Livermore, with the day pattern modified to provide CH coverage  
  as well.
