Don't believe what Radio-Locator says!
The original C.P. was for a day site in the Delta, and a night site
near Livermore.
NIMBY issues forced a new day site, and CH was then required.
Neither day nor night sites were built, and I believe this is what
Radio-Locator is claiming.
The current license is for DA-1 from near Livermore, and this is a
propane-powered facility, with a slightly modified night pattern
which allows for DA-1.
The current application is for days from the Delta, and nights from
near Livermore, with the day pattern modified to provide CH coverage
as well.
