Ah, the irony!  Sam will get Jacor's best properties back, plus a few 
of CC's, for 2 cents on the dollar.  And, without the enormous debt 
CC took on the buy Jacor from him, Randy will make money.  Now, 
that's grave dancing!!

The CC sale is dead.  Both side are suing everyone.  The banks are 
counter-suing.  Of course, closing wasn't legally scheduled until 
today, April 8 ... perhaps there will be a virgin birth or something 
before 5pm.
