[BC] Boston CBS cutbacks

Actually, the first feed of the CBS Evening News is at 6:30 Eastern, 
just like the other two, so Katie is doing her newscast at the same time 
as Williams and Gibson.

If the station chooses to take the 7 pm refeed, that's almost surely 
their choice, so they can do a full hour of local at 6.
