That could very easily mean the cost of streaming, cost of the web 
site creation and maintenance, Internet access, etc. I've been 
directly involved with several broadcast streaming companies (most 
out of business because bandwidth was so expensive) and none of them 
had clients paying anywhere near $500,000 The highest price I've seen 
is about $5000 per month for an average station. That included custom 
players. I think you'll find the cost of bandwidth has gone down over 
the years. Of course, that'll be replaced with RIAA fees many times over.
