[BC] WATO-Am 1290 Back On The Air

After falling silent when their tower fell and went un-noticed for 2 
days, it appears WATO 1290 is back on the air.

Oak ridge is West of Knoxville, TN. The station is currently LICENSED 
for 5KW Day/2 towers, 500W Night/3 towers. My friend was driving 
through the area and noted them back on, but had no idea what their 
power level was.
