When I was there it was still on the WTC. We had serious problems in 
midtown and often discussed moving back to Empire.

I believe Andy Bater was still there when the move back happened. I 
think it had been moved prior to 9/11. Of course, WPIX-TV was still 
there that awful day. So far as I know he was gone when the station was sold.
