Hell, I could run it even cheaper, If I had to.
The person who does the Office Work (Word Processing, Billing, Traffic) also
pulls the 3 to 7pm airshift with some production between 2 and 3pm.
Commission only sales person.
You have the Boss-type person who manages the office person and the
Commission only sales person do the 6am to 10am airshift and this person
also has some electronics knowledge and troubleshooting ability o solve
minor problems.
As for the 10am to 3pm, have a high school kid voicetrack an entire weeks
shift for $100 to $150 and throw in a few CD's. Have a part time person do
production and 7pm to 12midnight.
Hire an engineer, on a contract basis only.
