Here is something I just got from *Inside Radio:*

*October daylight rules in November.
**The FCC says AM daytimer-only stations should continue to use the power
levels for October pre-sunrise and post-sunset authority through November 3.
The adjustment is needed by the enactment of the 2005 US Energy Policy Act
which extends the daylight savings time into November for the first time.
Daylight savings time ends next Sunday morning at 2am with the setting back
of the clock by one hour.
