I second that about Audio Vault. When I was at KYYZ, If there was a problem,
Id call them aroud 1045ish or 11am after I got off the air at 10am and had a
bite to eat
I cant count how many times it was 2-230pmish and I was still waiting for a
call. Id end up calling them back and when i told them Id been waiting 3
hours and had been in since 530am and wanted to go home.. I was magically
able to get right through to someone unlike the first time when they had to
take my namer and number.
