Sounds like the IT version of "Take two aspirin and call me in the 
morning."  IOW, they blew you off.  Sounds like what I ran into when 
trying to refurbish a DOA  DELL - (no video out), or the time I got a 
used Dell Motherboard for a build - NO support in either case.

Won't buy one, now.  Nope, ain't agonna do it!
