My suggestion about using a good quality transformer would include a
transformer with a Faraday shield built in which serves the purpose of
eliminating RF. The DSL filters I have seen don't address the hum rejection
problem that a well designed transformer will take care of. Put another way,
a good Faraday shielded transformer will kill two birds with one stone.

At 1500Khz, I think we're safe to something like 25' from the tower bases. I
forget the exact numbers... but the building, itself, is OK.
