I'll second that. I've had excellent luck with his RF filters.
We just bought a batch of phones for our fundraising as well. Great stuff.
And the website is a treasure trove of information.

*The* definitive filters for Telco lines for most any need (especially good
DSL filters) are at http://www.sandman.com/. He's a former Bellhead who
makes the best filters we've ever seen. We've tested all his major filters
(RF elimination, DSL filters, lightening/surge protection, etc.) and have
found them to perform beyond expectations and are completely transparent to
our codecs. We've not seen any other on the market that are nearly as good,
reliable and transparent. On his web site he says their filters are hand
made and tuned to the specific frequencies (where applicable).

As others have said it depends on the noise that you are inquiring about.
If it's the station's audio getting on the line go to

http://www.sandman.com/rf.html

and carefully read where the filter has to go (and what filter to choose).

Good luck!
