[BC] Absurd markups!

The most I have ever seen is $2.29, which I find outragious.  The  
manager was likely finding MANY people were just ordering water, and  
he wanted your feedback on the price in order to justify to the owner  
or mother-ship that the price is too high and they have lost business  
because of it.
