As with its corkscrew-tailed mutant twin, HD, BPL is a long obsolete, 
ill conceived, shoddily executed, serially superseded 90s relic. It 
reeks of violation. Violation of interference laws, to name one of 
many. It's unnecessary, unwanted, unworkable, yet prized by those 
with nothing to sell beyond avaricious desire for monopolistic control.
