How many stations does Univision have there and what are they (FM, TV?)

San Diego's EAS is activated - but for some listeners, it was no help.

When San Diego's EAS fired up Sunday night as the wildfires spread,
the signal from primary station KOGO was heard across all market
stations. Univision typically follows EAS with translations, but it
was Sunday night and there was no bilingual staff on duty at
Univision's cluster. So nobody could translate the message to the
market's Spanish-speaking listeners.
