[BC] Tracking digital listenership

Interesting - I wonder how many of those are streams of "real" radio 
stations.  I know for a fact  that SpacialNet is the stream server 
for USA Radio Network channels 1 and 2 (I don't think they stream the 
con-comm channel; at least, there's no public link to it.   IIRC, 
they were the streamer for AP Radio, as well - until AP switched to 
FTP delivery of the RealAudio file.
