[BC] NPR surpassing commercial radio

Hmm. I didn't see any claim of surpassing commercial radio in the 
article. The closest they came was to claim Morning Edition as second 
only to Limbaugh. That's very possible since virtually every NPR 
station in every market carries the show. Like Limbaugh it has 
multiple clearances in virtually100% of radio markets. In my market 
it's on three stations. Limbaugh's only on two.

It doesn't hurt that it's extremely well done.

I don't believe that Public radio beats Commercial radio overall.
