Um, let's be accurate here:

Cable penetration is 58.8% OF THOSE HOMES PASSED BY CABLE, not 95%

Of course, this leaves the great unwashed who live in areas which are  
not dense enough (or dense and poor) which are not passed by cable.

Thus, I believe their viewership would drop by about 41.2%.  I think  
we can all agree this is pretty significant.
