[BC] Arrested for just telling people where to find Copywrited material.

Since British law is different than USA, it's up to them to define for
their purposes.
USA law might consider something specifically designed to circumvent the
legal process along the lines of conspiracy. But the burden to prove
willfully contributing to that circumvention is a tall order for a simple
site pointing towards another.
