The only solution is to close libraries. I've always been suspicious 
of librarians. They always wanted quiet. That means secrecy. They've 
been instrumental in all the home-made nuclear devices we've seen by 
making the information available. Once Homeland Security actually 
forces them to disclose everyone's borrowing habits we'll find the 
world's problems have started at libraries. Very dangerous places.
