[BC] learning about sales

A talk show host at one of the stations I've consulted asked me what 
the best way to learn about sales is. He has gone out on a few calls 
with his GM, but both of them are fairly new to their positions and 
the GM lacks enough time to train him in sales when he is being paid 
to do a talk show.  But he feels that if he could help with sales, 
that would be a good thing. I certainly agree.  I referred him to a 
couple of books, but was curious about materials you guys and ladies 
have used or would recommend as an introduction.  Do any of you find 
the RAB's materials useful, for example?
